1. Take a before photo and send to info@meenocosmetics.com within the first 5 days of receiving  your products, clearly showing a valid date and time stamp

2. Continue using the products consistently for at least 3 months, making sure to accurately follow instructions. Please note that some products can be used differently, so if one method does not work for you, be sure to try out another

3. After 3 months have elapsed and you still haven’t noticed a difference, send another progress photo to info@meenocosmetics.com. Please ensure that the subsequent photo is taken in similar lighting and at the same exact angle as your before photo and also has a valid date and time stamp

4. A member of our team will assess your results and determine if you are eligible for a full refund within 3-5 working days of receiving your after photo
